Are we licensed?
Clean Streak, Inc. is a certified and commercially insured Green Business and was awarded Green Business of the Year from the Asheville Chamber of Commerce. Clean Streak, Inc. is a minority and veteran-owned business. We are accredited members of the BBB and ISSA certified.
How long have we been in business?
Our business was started in 1996 by Horace Adell. A dream and a plan have grown our company from a one man team to three region incorporation. We are locally owned and family operated.
How are our employees vetted?
Each employee goes through back ground and drug screening. All employees have experience in the field and are trained for specific contract requirements.
Are cleaning supplies included?
We provide all cleaning supplies so no need to worry. The cleaning products we use are eco-friendly as well!

What are your markets?

How do I request a quote?
Contact our office to schedule a walk through with a member of our management team. After completion of the walk through, you will receive a free estimate.
Can I get a same-day booking?
We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.
Does my cleaning arrive at the exact time I book?
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
When am I charged for the service?
You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed.
Are there any commitments of contracts?
Depending on the type of service, we will need a contract to be signed for recurring cleanings.

The number of cleaners is dependent on the type and size of your facility. We have specialized crews for different types of cleaning jobs.
Are cleaning company cleaners screened?
Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience to work with us.
